Such items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • Any belief in or reliance on the spiritual effects of a product is a matter of personal faith, and purchase of such items is at your own discretion.

3. Natural Products and Variations

Many of our products — including Rudraksha beads, gemstones, Karungali (ebony) wood, and Tulsi beads — are natural materials. As a result:

  • Slight variations in colour, size, shape, grain, weight, and texture are normal and are not defects.
  • Product images on the Website are for representation purposes. The product you receive may vary slightly in appearance from the image displayed.

Tejya offers astrology-related services, including Handwritten Janampatri reports and consultations ("Services").

  • Astrology Services are personalised and, once prepared or delivered, are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, and promotional offers (including prepaid offers) at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after order confirmation. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment service provider. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the payment gateway.
